I had hoped to put up some images of my installation today but alas, the glue is still drying... It's going to look so good when it's done but I have a bit more work to do before I get there.

I'll tease you a little by telling you it will be called "The Trinity" and will include an oak tree I've assembled out of branches and a wooden chest. I was thinking that perhaps our spirituality a humans was originally prompted by the trees. They have a beautiful long and strong life force-they perceive the cycles of the world-and when they die they may be resurrected into a functional object, a canoe or a bowl. Maybe that's where our idea of the afterlife comes from.
